영문 신주청약서 견본
신주를 발행하는 주식회사의 이사는 상법 제420조가 정한 사항을 적은 주식청약서를 작성해야 하며, 주주가 외국인인 경우 영문 청약서를 작성합니다.
청약서에는 청약자가 기명날인 또는 서명하면 족하고, 인감도장 날인이나 인감증명서 첨부는 필요하지 않습니다.
청약서는 두 부를 작성하여 한 부는 은행에 주금을 납입할 때(자본금 10억원 이상일 때) 쓰고, 한 부는 회사가 보관했다가 등기신청서에 첨부합니다.
